My first triathlon in 5 years so I'm looking forward to getting back into this!
October 19th - Myrtle Beach 5k and Doggy Dash
I haven't decided if I will run the 5k, Doggy Dash, or both this year. I have run the half since the race began 4 years ago and it will be strange to not run this year. I made the decision not to run the half this year because I chose to run in the Marine Corp Marathon the following week. This race has a special significance to me because of the date so I plan to run something for that reason but at this point that is yet to be determined...

June 15th - Midnight Run for Water - Lousville, NC
June 22nd - Flat Out 5K - Greenville, NC (Will run with a shelter dog so results will be based on what my dog wants to run! This will be our third year racing with shelter dogs. Check out my volunteer group here, or going to 5ks4k9s.com!
